What Requires Permission
To protect our games and our community, the following activities require prior written permission from Don't Say Game Studio:
- Selling our artwork
- Selling our logos
- Redistributing our games
- Redistributing our music
- Redistributing our sound effects
- Republishing substantial portions of our website
- Creating commercial merchandise using our intellectual property
- Using DSG assets in advertisements
- Using our logos to imply endorsement or partnership

We also ask that you do not:
- Remove copyright notices
- Claim our work as your own
- Repackage or redistribute our games
- Sell modified versions of our games
- Upload full copies of our games to other websites
- Extract and redistribute game assets
- Circumvent copy protection or licensing systems
Mods and Reverse Engineering
Unless we explicitly provide modding tools or written permission, our games may not be modified, reverse engineered, decompiled, or redistributed except where applicable law expressly permits.
We absolutely appreciate curiosity and technical interest—but please respect the integrity of our games and the work behind them.
Cheating and Unauthorized Software
We believe games should be enjoyable and fair for everyone. Please do not:
- Develop cheats
- Distribute cheats
- Create trainers intended to bypass gameplay
- Circumvent online protections
- Manipulate leaderboards
- Exploit vulnerabilities
If you discover a bug or security issue, we'd much rather you report it to us so we can fix it.
Open Source Components
